* Enquiries will be received over the phone or by email regarding availablilty of dates for specific rooms * The Crossroads Booking Application Form will be provided or emailed for completion to the applicant. * All sections of the booking form must be completed, particularly documenting the exact room where the event will take place. * Certificate of Insurance (where appropriate) must be submitted with booking form. * On receipt of completed Booking Application Form and copy of Insurance, confirmation of booking will issued to the applicant. * It is the responsibility of the Applicant and ‘Event Facilitator/Leader’ to ensure that the facilities are left clean and tidy, windows and doors closed, lights switched off, unplug electrical equipment & key returned to the key holder * A database record will be kept of usage of all rooms on an annual basis.
