Under The Road At The Long Stone
Cong Moytura Heritage Society are hosting a talk about the Archaeological Excavation at the Long Stone at 8:00pm on Wednesday 4th March at Ryan’s Hotel, Cong.
The talk will be given by Bernard Guinan, Archaeologist with Mayo County Council and will look at the excavation of human burials from the site at Lecarrowkilleen, The Neale.
Admission to the talk is free and refreshments will be served. Donations to the work of the Society will be gratefully received.
