- Cost €20
- Parking available at sign on, No parking available in church car park in village as this is where transition is located.
- Transition opens at 9.00am and closes at 10.15am
- Race Briefing: 10.20am at Market Cross in Cong village
- Race start 10.30am at Market Cross in Cong village.
- Prize giving and refreshments will be available in Lydon’s Lodge after race finish.
