Somatic Movement Classes beginning on Tuesday, 11th of September, 10.30 to 11.30am.
Somatic Exercises are gentle exercises that are suitable for everybody regardless of age, fitness level or physical condition. Somatic exercises offer a safe, fast and efficient way to release muscular tension and contraction in the body and alleviate pain from those areas of the body that are most commonly affected by the stresses of daily life e.g. back, neck, shoulders, hip and knee pain arising from muscular tightness and stiffness.
Experience greater ease of movement, flexibility, balance and co-ordination from head to toe.
